Stir and scrap the glop from the bottom of the can really well before using. And friend bought a small can of this paint to use on decorations for a school dance. Since it was a small can, I shaked it to mix it. I tested it out and it did not glow. I thought what a waste of money. I decided to look on amazon to read reviews. Clearly most people were unhappy. I decided to use the paint anyways since it reacted to a black light. My brush stuck to the bottom of the can. I poked at it with a stick and discovered all the glowing powered part of the paint had settled and globed to the bottom of the can. It was more of a yellow substance. I took my stick and stirred it really well. It worked great! It does have a light yellow tint to the paint, but it's very transparent. I painted a couple thick coats on my project. I was surprised to how much it glowed compared to before properly mixing it. I did not get this from amazon, but I felt the need to share this info.
