This product has been excellent for us! SUPER quiet, the light that comes on with regular use does not bother my one year old. I love that the vents go in different or the same direction (if you so choose). Finally, the fact that it hold so much water is really convenient! I was tired of filling his other one every day. On top of it all, I had an accident with the top piece. I dropped it when trying to refill it (it’s recommended to remove it) and it shattered. Upon inquiry about purchasing a replacement part, Upper Echelon Products sent me a free replacement. That was awesome! I can’t speak to longevity, because I have only had it a few months. But the overall experience has been top notch so far.
