First word that comes to mind is, wow. This house far exceeded my expectations. It's all wood (No flimsy particular board) however it's not super heavy to move. All of the furniture is wood. Perfect size for barbies and monster high dolls. Among the furniture are battery operated ones: a piano that plays music, toilet that makes a flushing sound and a floor lamp that lights up. The elevator worked perfectly and was easy for my 6 year old to operate. I'm so impressed with this house. Barbie brand plastic houses which measure smaller than this were just as much cost-wise. This is a great price for the quality of product. I've been actively spreading the word to others about this item
