I was apprehensive to purchase this item. I had purchased a gas-powered one a year ago and ended up giving it away because it was too heavy. Let me preface this by saying I'm a 60 year old woman who lives alone and takes care of everything that needs to be done at my house. I just moved to a new house 6 months ago and I don't think the extensive concrete hardscape in the yards or the house had ever been power washed. I needed something I didn't have to be an engineer to put together, and was lightweight. I got it today. I opened the box and took out the items that came with it and then found the English manual (it comes with 4 different languages) and started putting it together. It was light enough for me to lift out of the box, but the manual was confusing and hard to read. I had trouble attaching things (not enough hand strength) and I could never figure out the dispenser thing and how to attach that, but no matter, I don't plan on using them anyway. The holder for the wand promptly fell off and I couldn't figure out how to get it to click in. The screw just fell off. But again, no matter, I can make do. I got it all set up, which took me about 30 minutes and then I plugged it in and started cleaning. I used the 15 degree angle on a mossy patch of concrete and it worked great. I also used the same angle on some wood chairs to get rid of the dumb bird poop I always have because they eat my cat's food and leave droppings all around. That worked 85% well with the 15 degree tip. I'm not going to try the 0 degree because I'm afraid I'll hurt the wood on the chairs. But it cleaned off some plastic chairs I had so they look new! It was easy to move around and the extra long electric cord worked great. I think they could have made better instructions and made things easier to click in and then I would have given it more stars. It was pretty easy to move around and didn't fall over, but if they would have put the water input on the side it would make it easier. I took off points for deep cleaning, because it didn't get all the bird poop off even when I practically held the tip on it. But hey, it's much better than it was. For the price, it does a decent, but not perfect job on household needs and if (again) the instructions were better (especially how to hook up the solution parts), I would have given it more stars. But for now, when I want to use it to wash windows, I'll just spray windex all over the windows and then use the power washer to wash it off. It would have been handy to be able to do it all with this system. Anyway, I'm sure someone younger, maybe not an old lady could have done it better, but I know there are other ladies out there like me who will appreciate this review!
