Have been brushing my cats' teeth with this product since they were kittens. (that's the key to success) But I use a child's spin toothbrush instead of the one provided. We start by letting them feel the vibrations on their cheeks and eventually they want to chew on it. I have to monitor their brushings closely now because they enjoy it so much they will go at it until their gums bleed! My older rescue will not take part, but the vet said as long as I can get some of the product in his mouth, the enzymes will still do some good versus no treatment at all. She said tarter starts to build up every 8 hours so we do this at least once a day. The cats come running when I hit the button on the toothbrush to call them.
