The bed came a day early. Very well packaged and exactly what I was expecting. I was very impressed with it and my dog loves it. Very soft, the foam is nice and a perfect thickness. I'm not sure about chew proof because if a dog wants to chew or destroy something that's what is going to happen. I got a large for my 50lb boy and it's the perfect size and he loves the "arm rests". I highly recommend this bed.
