My morning drink is a cocoa concoction I make with an immersion blender. I have been using NOW brand organic cocoa for at least 10 years but with so many new ones on the market I tried three new brands. I do transfer this to another tin, so don't know how the bag holds up. This brand is the one I have decided on for a variety of reasons, but especially for its clean cocoa taste, no bitterness, and it does not settle to the bottom of my cup. For anyone interested, I use a heaping tsp, add some cinnamon, ginger, dashes of cayenne and turmeric and a TBSP coconut oil. To this add a cup and a half of very hot water. Mix with immersion blender for a few seconds and then I add probably a couple of TBSP coconut milk, and blend for a minute. This gets nice and frothy. This is my version of bullet-proofed coffee.
