Overall, I like this massager. Here are my observations: (1) This thing is VERY powerful. So far I've only been able to use it on the lowest setting. To be honest, I wish there was one even lower. (2) The heat takes several minutes to get warm (3) In my opinion, this massager is really best used on the the neck. While you can use it other places (shoulders, hips, etc.), I think that the design tends to be slightly awkward to use and hold in place if you use it beyond the neck. (4) The arms straps are an awkwardly short length. I am only 5'3", so I don't have a very long wingspan, but I find I cannot hold my arms comfortable at my sides or on my lap with my hands or forearms in the straps. It's therefore hard to totally relax my shoulders in orders to get the most out of the massage. I think the design could be greatly improved if the arm loops were adjustable.
