Chose this product, over similar less expensive products, because it said it included 3 Exclusive Recipe eBooks. You receive no instructions how to get those ebooks. After researching around I found an insert in the product box with their website listed were you have to contact them, with a form, to receive an email with a link to download 1 ebook. The insert says it was offering a free Julienne peeler to "certain customers" in return for feedback. While researching I found other customers who said they either didn't get the ebooks, or they got 1 ebook. So, it seems this deception, whether intentional or not, has been there a while. Now as far as the product itself goes, another reason I chose this one because it has 5 blades. One is installed, ready to go, and two more are stored in the lower part of product, as designed. The other two are loose and will sit loose on shelf, or in a drawer. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent ebooks in email. Since posting the original post I had the opportunity to use the Spiralizer. It did a very good job making zucchini noodles. The design cored the seeded part of the zucchini, making it easy to remove.
