It makes about 10 oz or 1 cup of great ice cream. In only 8 minutes. I made a killer matcha and put the freezie-cup back in to make a triple strawberry by dinner. Tips: freeze cup up-side-down. Chill your mix in the fridge overnight and put it in a 2 cup measuring bowl an hour before you want to make ice cream. Stir the mixture against the glass every 15-20minutes, so you pre-freeze your mix before you put it in the maker. Love this and the space saving. Might not work if you are more into the air-fluff style ice cream. But for us, this makes enough for 4 servings of dense deliciousness.
