The photo I uploaded gives a better idea of how the colors look-I think its quite different from the pen caps. I think the colors are richer. Despite this, this set is great. Keep in mind, these are not get pens, they are very fine line markers. You will need to cap them when not using. I enjoy using them on my most intricate coloring pages.
