I've tried numerous protein powders over the years looking for the right one. I finally found it with KOS Organic Plant Based Protein Powder (Chocolate - haven't tried the vanilla flavor yet). This stuff is AWESOME! First off, ALL of the whey protein powders upset my stomach. All of them. I've tried every kind and almost every brand. They ALL upset my stomach. I kind of gave up on protein powders as the non-whey proteins just didn't taste good or mix well, or both. This product was my last effort and I'm SO happy I decided to give it a try. And actually, it was my wife who ordered it and recommended I try it. She can't have gluten or dairy and this fit the bill for her. KOS OPBPP mixes VERY well, very easily, in the recommended amount of water (I put 7 oz plus two ice cubes in the shaker and shake it up until the ice cubes are gone but I've also done it with 8oz of water and no ice and it mixes with just a few shakes - like 5 or 6). The taste is GREAT! It's not overly sweet like some protein powders giving it a nice, rich, chocolate taste. I kind of have to stop myself from chugging it, if I'm being honest. It's REALLY good. I came back to Amazon to order a second tub and they noted that it's out of stock and they don't know when, or if, it will return. So I went to the KOS website and just ordered there. Same price, I just don't get the Amazon Prime Rewards 5% back on my card. No biggie. Not for this! I even went so far as to sign up for auto-ship on the KOS website. This stuff is THAT good! Try it! You'll love it!
