First i want to say i previously rated these a three not because they are not a good product, they are, but because one of the earbuds stopped working. I rarely write reviews I looked for a long time and chose these because they had great ratings. When I originally connected them they were fantastic! Excellent sound, good range and I could use one at a time a must at work. Then the right earbud stopped working it would not connect to my Samsung android. I wrote the review because when I research a product I like to look at the middle of the road reviews I find they are the most informative and likely the most true. I was very happy with the product even though only one of them did not work because they still exceeded my expectation the Pros were sound quality (excellent), range (over 40'), battery life (lasted minimum 8hr work day) and most important one at a time. My cons were the right earbud not working and the sensitivity of the touch pad. I wrote the review because I wanted people to know that even though only one was working they were still completley worth it. Cut to earlier this evening I saw an email from Anna with OFUSHO after- sales services, it was actually the second email I hadn't seen the first. They had read the review and wanted to know if I had returned the item. I had not because again very happy with it. I explained that I was going to keep it and provided some information she needed. Anna sent a response and attached a link which fixed the right earbud! So I'm updating this review because no product is ever going to be perfect but OFUSHO took the time to read my review, offered me some options and then politely fixed the issue. Superior customer service and dedication to satisfaction balanced out the single con of sensitive touch pad. Thank you Anna at OFUSHO after- sales services and a shout out to Erica with tech you went above and beyond!
