Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I really was not expecting to like this product as much as I did. I normally shop at Sephora or Ulta, and buy from brands like Urban Decay and Lorac, so I was really skeptical about buying from a brand I'd never heard from on Amazon, where I can't even swatch the shadows before I buy them. I am glad I took the chance. The price is of course great, but it's the quality of the shadows that really got me. I have honestly compared the swatches that I got from this palette to similar shades from Urban Decay palettes, Smashbox palettes, Lorac palettes, Kat Von D palettes, and I can honestly say I think the quality of these shadows is just as good and in some cases better. I have actually swatched a lot of shades from this palette next to some of my favorite shades from high end palettes that I own; and I either could not tell the difference, or I actually preferred this palette's shadow to the one I was comparing it to. The colors are beautiful. I'm not sure I would really consider it smokey because of all the bright colors, (although you can absolutely do a smokey look, it's just you can also do so much more. It's like a smokey palette meets Kat Von D's Mi Vida Loca.) All the colors have great color payoff--I was not expecting that--great staying power, are creamy, very bendable and easy to work with, and overall I guess my biggest surprise is that more people are not talking about this brand. I'm hoping to add a video soon just to show some swatches and share my opinion. I ordered both the Frost palette and the Matte palette right after I received the Smoke palette in the mail. I am hoping to review those soon as well. But overall, for a makeup addict like me, this is just an incredible find. I felt so nervous ordering because there was such a lack of information compared to other brands. Normally I really do my research with videos and swatches before I'll buy anything. I still can't believe that there are so few reviews and I could barely find descent swatches of this palette anywhere online. It just makes no sense to me. The value you are getting with this palette is incredible.
