This is a great kit for a beginner but it lacks the feel of a Heine or Welch Allyn. This is a nice copy of the kits I mentioned and very workable. This would be a good kit for someone who wants the right tools at an affordable price. I have no idea as to the longevity of this combination but everything you would need to examine eyes, ears, nose and throat are here. Clarity is fair to good on lenses. I spend a bit of time in Thailand and I will most likely gift this to the village doctor in my wife's small village. The kit is nicely laid out and organized product.
