This turmeric saved my hands. I'm a massage therapist and have rheumatoid arthritis. I had been taking a lower dose of turmeric (different brand) for a bit but it didn't seem to help. It took about two weeks for me to notice a significant difference, but now if I forget to to take one of the doses at lunch or dinner I notice it in my hands within a few hours. Turmeric builds up in your body and it will take time to notice results, so if you don't see anything happening immediately give it a little time. I love this turmeric and recommend it to anyone with joint or inflammatory troubles.
