I'm someone who has always suffered from chronic migranes all of my life. Some of my headaches triggers include coffee, alcohol, dehydration, and irregular sleep patterns. If I don't avoid these triggers, I am bound to get an intense headache. In the past, my headaches pain would be so bad that it would last for several days.... no amount of aspirin or other NSAIDS would relieve the pain. I am currently prescribed a medication that prevents headaches from occuring but my dosage keeps increasing, I'm currently at 3 pills per day, 50 mg. My prescribed medication gets very expensive and I can't imagine what damage it'll do to my liver eventually. So I have not been taking my prescribed medication for several months. I learned about FeverFew in nursing school and recently decided to give it a try to reduce my medication costs and to have a more natural approach for my body. I've been taking this herb for 2 weeks now (1 capsule per day). And it has done wonders for me!!! :) Within just 2 days of taking Feverfew, I was able to tell an immediate difference. I have not had any sort of headache in the past 2 weeks that I've been taking this. I've been drinking alcohol and coffee, and I never get sleep because I'm always working and studying. But, this product has completely changed my life and allows me to live my life the way I'd like to without being paranoid that I'll get a migraine due to various triggers. I honestly am so happy and pain free! As long as this continues to work for me, I'll be purchasing for life. (Side note: feverfew works prophylactically to PREVENT headaches, not treat the pain once you already have one). Good luck everyone! Hope this helps other headache/migraine sufferers.
