Amazing product, I have suffered from general pain in my arms and shoulders for many years, from over use and improper piano playing technique as a student. I was diagnosed with Myofacial Pain Syndrome, I had a dull aching soreness all over constantly. After about a week I am noticing amazing results. This product works better because it has the black pepper extract which I’ve read increases the bioavailability of the curcuminoids in the tumeric. I tune pianos, play piano to accompany soloists, teach lessons on various instruments and play ukulele etc. I am able to work all day come home and play piano for a few hours and still feel like doing more. I will update as I see more results.
