Product was neatly wrapped when it arrived. It was very simple to put together. My dog loved it immediately and you can tell she enjoys sleeping in it. For reference, my dog is a 36# American Staffordshire Terrier (medium size dog). The cover is easy to remove for washing as it zips right off. I was a bit hesitant about the furry surface of the bed, but the dog really seems to love it. And she also loves being able to rest her head on the sides of the bed as well. It also has enough padding on the bottom that it creates a soft comfortable bed for her to sleep on. She seems to love hanging out during the day in her bed just playing with her toys.
