I started taking vintage bright for an extra boost in the morning and some extra focus throught the workday. I workout most mornings and this product makes me feel ready to attack the gym but also gave me the mental preparedness and focus I was looking for all day long. I usually take 2 capsules in the morning when I need to be on point. I never crash on this product or have negative effects. I am very happy with it and would recommend it if you are looking for something start your brain and keep it going at 100% all day long.
