This dispenser is awesome! It feels nice and sturdy, is easy to put the largest roll of Bounty paper towels on, and is really attractive. I would have given it 5+ stars; however, the screws are inferior. I'm 70 years old and female and don't have super strength and I know how to drill a starter hole into the wood for the screws to go in easily. After drilling the starter holes and then applying straight pressure on the screws with my phillips head screwdriver and getting the wood screws in 90%, the head came off. Good grief - I figured it was a fluke and proceeded to screw in the next screw and darn if the next screw did the same thing (see pictures). The second head came off as if these were made of the weakest material possible. I then replaced the last screw (not taking any chances) and replaced it with a wood screw from my personal tool room and it worked just fine. So how can a quality product use such cheap inferior screws? Not a clue but not a good thing. Now I'll have to see if there is any possible way to try to unscrew the tiny bits showing and not holding the mounting plate up whatsoever. What a dilemna. This is a beauty but bummer on the screws. Be sure and toss and use your own or some purchased at the hardware store.
