** Warning- there is a new label being made for this item, it's now called baking vanilla, so don't be alarmed if you receive a different label than the double strength label** I have been using Watkin's products for as long as I can remember. My Grandmother, Mother and I use this product. I actually use to sell Watkin's products years ago! I ordered this Original Double Strength Vanilla in the 11oz size because my personal rep just retired and I did not have a local rep. Amazon's price was fair, and the seller is also Watkins. I was shocked after using this product all my life to see a different label and name. I immediately called Watkins to get clarification on the label. The rep confirmed that they were changing the name, not the ingredients, so that's why the new label. She said they have not fully depleted their stock at one of the main warehouses, so there is still a mix of old labels circulating, but rest assured my item is the new label and completely safe and real! I told her I felt like the new label should be in the stock ad on Amazon, or at least advise the potential customers of the change with a disclaimer saying look for our new label and name. I thought I was getting a fraudulent product. lol Anyway, what I love about this product is indeed the strength. This product does not bake out of your baked goods. The taste is very concentrated. They say you can use very little, but I love the taste and always use a minimum of 1 capful per recipe! This is the best vanilla I have ever used. No comparison! My adult Children also exclusively use this brand of products and extracts! I purchased this item full price. My opinions are my own and I'm never paid for my thoughts!
