This is my second review. I am very happy with my first camera. So happy with the customer service from how to set up and run to helping with a power cord problem. Thanks again Andy. All said I have purchased two more of these Dash Cams because they work and the back up service that is included. Keep up the great service and I will keep recommending your product. Below is my first review. Mike I have never left a review for a product before but I am so impressed with this product and the customer service that I am leaving my first review ever! Thank you Andy! Astounding service! Quick customer service response! Andy was a big help in getting my situation taken care of with the camera we found that it had a bad cord which they are replacing and mailed. And he also helped me get my firmware updated. By phone and by text we worked and very quickly took care of the problem. I highly recommend this product I am using it for Search and Rescue for recording our adventures in the desert and using it for GPS coordinates to match video to maps. Thanks again Andy!
