First, the honest good and bad about the product: Pro: One of the only cushions that relieves a lot of butt pain. Con: It caused me pain underneath my legs right where you sit on the front of the cushion. I picked this cushion because it had an angle to it and other cushions are so high right under the legs where you sit that they would cause even more pain that would shoot from my butt down the back of my legs to the back of my knee. I am a 5'9", 150 lb. male. I don't have much in the way of hips or a butt. This cushion would push inward on my hips which would cause hip pain. This all being said, this cushion is still the best I have been able to find. I have tried numerous cushions over the years. Some that were $50-$100 and those caused more pain than this cushion. I think this cushion would help MOST people and most people would not have the issues I do. For the price point, it is definitely worth the try. But the even bigger reason to try any product from this company, is because of it's awesome customer service. It has been over 6 months since I bought this cushion and even though it still causes me pain, it's better than any other cushion I have tried. So I was set on just dealing with it until I could find a better option someday. The customer service took initiative and contacted me to check on my experiences with this cushion. I explained my issues and without asking or expecting anything, they refunded my purchase and told me to keep the cushion! I am not saying that this will happen each and every time, but how often do you have a company that is willing to reach out to YOU and then offer money back when not asked for just because you aren't 100% satisfied. They explained to me that they are not a huge corporation and they are a smaller family owned company. I wish them the best in their growth but hope they don't grow too big and become like all those other huge corporate entities that don't care about anything but making as much money for the CEO and shareholders as possible. Yet, I think if they keep up with this kind of customer service, it is inevitable that they will keep growing. I am a bit skeptical of buying cushions, but if this company comes up with something new, I will try it because now, they have earned my trust. Heck, if I need any product and they provide it, I will probably try theirs first.
