I have used several belts over the years and this one is great. All around it is comfortable with no pinch points. It's clearly well made and it is very supportive. the double buckle is great and a must if you are going to be lifting heavy. I've only had it for 2 weeks but use it almost every day. all my lifts in the big 3 are over 400 lb so I can say that for 99% of people looking for a good belt this is a great buy, especially at the price point. I would buy again though I don't believe ill be in the market for a new one any time soon. I expect a couple years out of this. double check size and order one. its worth it.
