UPDATE January 2020: Customer service is fantastic! Patrick has worked diligently to improve their ratings by sending me a NEW & IMPROVED mattress. Can't wait to try it out! I'm sure it will live up to my original review. Original Review August 2019: All the reviews were super promising! But our experience was not as good. It was super easy to inflate. As recommended, we inflated it about 3pm, left and went to a wedding. We returned about midnight, turned the pump on a few seconds to add more air. Then we (my 180lb husband and my 150lb self) laid down and immediately looked at each other and said "this is uncomfortable." It was super hard. Don't worry, it didn't stay rock hard all night, because it gradually lost air until we were rolling into each other. I finally gave up about 4am and found a couch to sleep on. When we got up in the morning my husband looked at me and said "you're returning this, right?!" It was so uncomfortable neither of us got any sleep. I had to dig the box out of my recycling bin so I could send it back. The only positive is it has a built in pump that inflates it super quick. Actually sleeping on it was awful. Would not recommend.
