Almost 100% cotton, hard to find. It's getting impossible to find cotton underwear, and when I do they're cheap and scratchy. So I'm glad to find these soft form-fitting stay put panties... I wish they'd make hip huggers, too. These fall about 1-1/2" below my navel and for some jeans that's too high. Don't buy these if you want spandex, they're not slimming or providing any constriction. Comfortable but not granny pants. The chart provided in the company images isn't accurate. I bought XXL because I have 45" hips. They're bigger than they need to be, so I threw them in the dryer. They don't really shrink. This is my second purchase of XL and they are much better sizing for me.
