I love this vacuum -ask my friends, they think I've lost my mind but I'm that excited...over a vacuum...I've tried Dysons before at clients homes and hated the noise, the air blowing back at me felt gross.So when I decided to bite the bullet and buy a good stick vacuum,I researched the heck out of them because I did not want a Dyson but didn't know all the options (everyone I knew bought those but they listen to commercials and buy trends...and don't clean their own homes so not good judges of what I need stick vacuum to do). I have 2 cats,a longish haired small dog, a teenage boy, and a husband tracking dirt into a "shoes on" house. It was a constant battle against hair,dirt and dust ( I'm actually allergic to those lovely cats too) and I'm finally winning. I used to solely clean with my Kirby, but that thing weighs a ton and I hate lugging it out therefore I was resigned to a lot of sweeping, vacuuming not so often. The Tineco Master won me over instantly. I use it in a 2200 square foot house with all hardwood floors and area rugs and love the extra battery. Being able to keep cleaning while I'm in the zone and not having go back to something hours after a recharge is brilliant. I will say that once I got caught up on cleaning, I can run the whole house on one battery and I'm in great shape. Swap for charged one when I'm done and ready for the next day. That's right, next day. I'm obsessed with running through and cleaning because it's so easy to do. I use this for everything- my car, furniture, bedskirts, curtains, the duvet covers (for pet hair in between washing), dusting in general...everything I can think of! I will say that you should buy an extra of each filter right away if you have a super dusty house-mine took a bit too long dry and that drove me nutters not being able to run it. I do empty the bin a lot, not because is small but because between cat/dog/my super long hair I can fill it up (they get a lot of love and pretty hair is always flying here!) *** oh!I almost forgot the awesome LED lights on the front of the floor units are the best! My house just feels cleaner now-thank you Tineco! By the way, I waited to write a review until I had this for a bit so it wasn't based on a first impression but on scope of use. Very happy!
