I made a glass of this within an hour of it being delivered, and it tastes EXACTLY like the boba tea I get from my favorite Filipino restaurant! (The ONLY place to get boba tea in my area!) I used the frappe recipe on the back of the bag, and the taro flavor knocked my socks off! Absolutely delicious! HOWEVER... when I read the directions, it says "2 scoops" for a 16oz beverage. Looking at the nutritional info on the bag, I saw that one serving was 1/4 C... so I just grabbed my 1/8 C measuring cup and added two scoops, and all of the other recipe measurements were as printed. But I realized a bit later that a serving size is 1/4C (40G)... and the recipe says 2 scoops (80G). Well, I seriously would NOT use 1/2C of this powder in your drink, it would be way WAY too strong that way! Follow the recipes, but only use 1 serving size of the powder, you'll have a drink that tastes just like the boba tea shops you love! (But WAY cheaper! :-D )
