While preparing a dish the other day, my Alpha Grillers thermometer failed. It became erratic and I tried pulling the battery to reset the device to no avail. I email support at Alpha Grillers and got an instant response from Sarah who acknowledged their warranty replacement option, which I opted for and within a few days a brand new thermometer was sitting at my doorstep. The new one works as good as the original did before it failed. If you have any reservations about ordering this thermometer...don't as it works great and their customer service is awesome!
