Learning Is Fun and this program gets it right.
I first ordered this program when my little girl was 2. She is now 3 and the Early Learning Academy is growing with her. I used the free trial to test it out and then signed up for a year. It is geared to a toddler's short attention span and packed full of games, songs, stories and learning programs that teach reading, writing, math, science and music. It also teaches children they must earn rewards if they want to buy anything in the virtual mall. Children quickly catch on to that concept and fly through lesson plans so they can go "shopping." My child likes to outfit her avatar and furnish her virtual room. Most fun of all are the animated hamster cages where she keeps four virtual rodents on the run. . I have this app on my desktop as well as tablets so my child can play wherever we are. At about $8 a month it is easily affordable and you can use it for more than one child. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
