I have been a user of black seed/nigella sativa for some time now on and off, but as I've grown older, I've decided it should be in everyone's diet, whomever is willing to take it. These capsules are unique in that, they come in a glass bottle (I love that), and they have a large amount of black seed oil inside the capsule so I don't have to take two or three capsules, two or three times a day. The only thing I wish I had were an option for a bigger bottle. Even then though, wonderful product with wonderful benefits; this company is one of my persona favorites, because they used to send sample packets with other herbal companies I have purchased through, and they're very effective.
