Only Merino Wool Will Do
Many people stay away from wool because it can be rough and bulky. Merino wool is entirely different. This type of wool is very soft to the touch. These socks are warmer than cotton without adding extra bulk. And they are breathable so you can also wear them in the summer. Another advantage is that they last much longer than cotton socks. For those reviewers that complained about pilling, simply follow the washing instructions and turn them inside out before washing. Merino wool socks also tend to shrink. To help lessen shrinkage, dry on very low heat or simply lay them out to dry on a towel. You should give these socks a try because of the following: 1. Soft and comfortable. 2. Can be worn year round. 3. Long lasting and therefore cost affective compared to cotton.
