if you need to be regular this does the trick way better than other fiber drinks my Dr. knows I started this over two years ago & suggested I start at recommended dose on bottle. Then if regular great- if not increase daily till your poo looks smooth like tooth paste . She said decrease if too runny - I know its gross but hoping to help .
