After reading many reviews from many sites on many mattresses I bought this mattress with a lot of apprehension I ordered the mattress from Amazon due to the sale price and the fact that Amazon offered a free return policy and refund if needed. This is the 2nd bed in a box/bag we have purchased. The first was 2 years ago for our camper. So far we are pleased with both. We have only been sleeping on the Nectar for 10 nights so I may update later as we have had more time. It is a firm mattress with a soft top. I have not noticed it sleeping cooler than other mattresses but my partner thinks so. I like that when one person rolls over or gets up you do not feel any movement. Some might think that it is a little more difficult to roll over or change positions but I have not noticed this. I do sleep longer in the same position which means I change positions less often. It is excellent for stomach sleepers. Our old mattress was too soft for me to sleep on my stomach but this one has been great. I am not a large person 5'2" 115 but I do think the bed is firm enough for a larger person as well. This mattress is heavy around 90 lbs so it took both of us to get it upstairs. Do wait until it is on the frame to cut the plastic with the safety cutter provided. It has a nice cover. It did have a slight odor but to smell it on the bed you had to put your nose right on the mattress and I am sensitive to odors Once the sheets were on the bed I did not notice the smell again. The pillows were much stronger smelling. I let them air out for 3 days before trying to use them. Now for the free pillows, too thick and too hard. They are great for sitting up in bed to read, watch tv or surf. I tried sleeping on them but only made it about an hour. I do like a foam pillow but these were a little too firm. It was hard to believe that something so flat in the packaging could expand so much and be so firm. They will fill the pillow shams quite well.
