I wanted a simple travel bidet and wasn't sure what to buy. Most people seemed to either like this or hospital style peri-wash bottles, so I bought both. This travel bidet is MUCH better than peri-wash bottles. Don't worry about the comments saying it's messy - you just have to wait to turn it upside down until the nozzle's already between your legs. I made a short video to demonstrate, so you won't have to wonder like I did. The "air hole" - a check valve on the bottom of the bottle that allows air in, but does not allow air or water out - is frankly unnecessary; the idea is that more air can enter the bottle while water leaves it when you squeeze. If you don't have an *extremely* arthritic grip this isn't likely to be a problem. I'm probably going to just super-glue the one in my bottle shut at some point.
