I have a fix for the paper jamming
I read a lot of reviews about the printer jamming and destroying the letters I was wanting to fold. I fold about 200 letters a month; the first time I printed my letters and started folding, the machine kept jamming. Why? The reason was due to the fact that my papers curled slightly when coming out of the laser printer and the stack did not always fit flat in the tray. As they would feed, they would come out of the tray slightly and that would throw off the alignment. This cause a misfold or jam. So, I came up with a solution. If you place two rubber bands around the tray it will prevent the paper from lifting out of the tray when feeding. For the second month I printed 500 pages without a single jamb or misfold. See the video to see how this looks in action. Hope this helps somebody. Hope Martin Yale modifies the feeding tray to do something similar. 9/11/17 Update - I adhered corner guards to the tray and replaced the rubber bands for a more permanent solution. See images.
