I'm Impressed
Great product for camping and for the 'doom sayers' that are stocking up their supplies.
To get the consistency of 'whipped butter' it is 3 parts powder to 1 part water, but is great for buttering toast, making garlic bread, etc powder also blends in well when butter is called for in a recipe.
I will continue to keep this in my pantry.
