I saw an advertisement for this brand, and figured, Hey why not try a different natural brand. We were using seventh generation for years. First time use was a bust. Not reading the instructions, I rinsed off my dishes before loading up the dishwasher as I always had. Ran the dishwasher and it overflowed with suds. Turns out, after reading the packaging, that you are NOT supposed to rinse your dishes at all. Next time I used it, I put everything in with food stuck and all. The results were much better this time. Everything came out completely spotless. The reason I don't give this 5 stars is this: I am not a fan of waiting for the dishwasher to fill up completely. There are times where it may be half full, but need the dishes in it to be washed. You cannot use this product without over sudding unless you have your dishwasher filled to capacity. Due to this, we keep a box of seventh generation powder for the smaller loads. Note to the company: If you made a measurable powder in addition to your pods, I will totally switch completely!
