This sweetener contains just 3 ingredients: Deionized water, organic monk fruit extract, 1% organic cane alcohol. That's all. At $ 9. 50 for a 2 oz bottle, it's pricey but well worth it. It has 0 carbs, works in hot or cold liquids & it's a great sub for the coconut palm sugar I used to use before going Keto. Swerve (a supposedly "natural" no-carb sweetener) & all the powdered monkfruit extract products I've found online all contain Erythritol, which gives me the runs. So this has been a godsend. (It even works in cocktails!) I made chocolate mousse for 4 people 2 days ago using nothing but Aroy-D coconut cream, cacoa powder, a few drops of coffee bean essential oil & this liquid monkfruit sweetener. It got rave reviews & everyone was shocked to learn that it was 100% natural & sugar free. So those of you on a mission for a 0 carb, sugar-free sweetener made from natural ingredients, THIS is is what you've been looking for! Just be prepared to spend a bit more $$ than usual to get what you want.
