I buy / use / recommend both this product (potassium chloride) as well as potassium citrate. They taste and react differently in foods and have different purposes in the body. Suggested dietary usage of potassium supplements: 1.) Potassium Chloride (KCl) is a form of potassium for people who have low levels of potassium (hypokalemia).
