Unfortunately, I never take any vitamins and with the Fall/Winter season we get less time under the sun. I thought to try this Vitamin D and OMG such a great positive effect on me. I have more energy all day long. I only take 1/5 of the dropper under the tong. The taste is very mild. I highly recommend it. Only now the price jumped to $34 and then product is not available.
