Size of pill box is just shy of 6 inches long, 1 inch thick, 3/4 inch deep. Too small for my needs. Finally found measurements for the other boxes (and I now own several due to purchasing several wrong sizes). This "large" one is fine for a few little prescriptions, but don't plan to use it if you take any large vitamins (multi's, fish oil, etc.) as you MIGHT get one or two large vitamins into these compartments.
