Hello for all the doubters, i use this product for a long time, first in capsule now in powder form, and had no problem , but after a few years i said why waste my money because i don't feel any changes , so i stopped taking it, after about three months i started to feel the difference it, when i was taking it , never got sick , no flu for me even when i was taking care of my husband with severe flu, the doctor was amazed that i didn't got sick, so that is the difference, and i can not take flu shot bc i am allergic to it. and a am 72 years old. I am very alert , no blood pressure, so the conclusion is that strengthen my immune system, keep my body and mind in good health.I have nothing to do with the seller i don't get discounts , so this is my honest opinion.
