I live in a small & I mean very small apartment building with 14 apartments that only have 2 washers and 2 dryers which are always being used. I had been looking for months for the perfect mini washer since we have moved around a few times last year so i wanted something ideal for being a mom of 2 toddler girls..... Since receiving the washer I must say it arrived very quickly there where no dents or bangs in it... However I did have to hurry up and bring it inside because technically I m not supposed to have it. F i was so excited I did a small load but very shortly ive come to realize the drain hose NEEDS TO BE LONGER WITH A STRONGER CLAMP or you will quickly gain a inside pond!! So be warned & be prepared. As of noise level goes my husband said sounds like a dishwasher if that gives you a idea will post update in 2 weeks
