first off let me say that I've done extensive research and have done a lot of reading about where to purchase from. I've read about many people getting ripped off by paying too much, by the unit being defective in some way or taking entirely to long to arrive... I decided to order from Wallygadgets through Amazon and was not disappointed in anyway.. I ordered 2 and they both came with the bag, the chargers and a remote for locking the unit. They also came fully charged and ready to ride. It took only 9 days to arrive and that's even including a 2 day hold from customs. ALL these devices come from China and are relatively reasonably priced. In my opinion if you pay anything over 300.00 you're paying to much. As soon as they arrived we opened and started riding and riding and riding. It's been a few days and have had no battery issues. I even decided to give mine a charge just cause I didn't want it to be dead when I got ready to ride again although it didn't need it. I would suggest getting some sort of protection from scratches and scuffs because until you learn to master it, you will beat it up. We've banged it up pretty good and it hasn't skipped a beat. I plan on ordering a few more for my other adult kids and my wife cause it seems as though now she wants to ride. Big fun. Also get ready for a lot of people asking you about it. Highly recommend this retailer.
