Bought this in late July '17 after trying one out. We have used it about twice a week in our RV, not an entire house. The battery will not hold a charge long enough to to vacuum a 7' x 12' room. We have followed the manufacturer's instructions regarding charging draining and recharging procedures. Unfortunately we're a month past Amazons return date. We'll attempt to contact customer service to resolve this issue. I'll update with the results. Update! Spoke to customer service and found out the charger was wrong, they sent a new one at no cost. The battery is now holding a charge as expected and working good. Excellent customer service!
