so many people have grumped about that the 4th movie being just a "cash cow"... Read the books again. The book MOCKINGJAY was loaded: Peta's terrible tortured mind washing, Katniss' still great reluctance to be not just a symbol, but a leader in a long overdue revolution... And yet, THE HUNGER GAMES was a series of books about an incredibly Horrific upper class making kids kill each other for their entertainment. Read the news folks, atrocities which happen daily are far worse. I studied a little bit of method acting (just enough to be dangerous) and I think Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcheson (sorry about spelling) did some very powerful scenes.. it is difficult to "act" and idea with no dialogue, one must be HONEST for it to work.... To watch Peta struggle to come back from his horrors and then relapse to madness again--all done with the eyes. Jennifer Lawrence is awesome, and she had to convince the audience of her many internal agonies... the scene with the cat... genuine grief over so much that she had lost... PERFECT acting....Perfect. Having read the books several times, I must say the movies have been better than I could ever have imagined.... Readers paint scenes in their heads while reading.... the movies added so much substance and spectacle ... Well done Jen and gang.... real or not real? REAL
