Wow. Day 1, nothing much happened. Day 2, had enough relief to satisfy me. Day 3, needed to stay home. However, it was Day 4 after the final night time capsules took effect that provided the all of the satisfaction. I never understood how people know when a cleanse works. Like okay, they make you poop. But this was different. There were smells I have never smelt. So gross but satisfying to realize everything from my 20s, including my life experiences, has been shot from my body. Did you know it was possible to pee from your butt? This will make that happen. At first I was thought I was dehydrated. However, I drink a ton of water each day. There were no more events after this happening and it was a satisfying closure to this 3 day cleanse. I recommend buying this if you want your entire life cleansed out of you.
