I was pleasantly surprised with this steamer. A friend recommended it, but after reading some of the reviews on line, I was hesitant. I’m glad I took my friend’s suggestion because she is really particular about getting her floors clean. The “trigger” to clean the floor is easy to use and the vacuum feature works very well for all those little crumbs that hide under the edge of my counters. I recommended this steamer to another friend and she, too, is thrilled with how it cleans her tile floors.
